Warm enough to get back on the water? You bet, almost.

Last December, Rock Creek Rowing retreated to its winter quarters at Yates Field House on the campus of Georgetown University to begin the arduous process of staying in shape. After pulling many meters, competing in erg sprints and climbing the hill to Yates, all are anxious to return to the Boathouse and try out the new boats.

The return to the water will begin this weekend with the team's first-ever Boat Day from 2-5 at TBC. We will gather to inspect our boats, return all our equipment to the shed, and take the boats out for a spin.

A date to get back on the water has not been set; however, all signs indicate that regular practice could resume as early as next week.
